Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the Critical Care product portfolio.
Identify and manage key hospital accounts
Promote and detail critical care brands (e.g., antibiotics, anti-infectives, and injectables) in assigned territory.
Execute brand promotion activities, CMEs, and scientific discussions with key stakeholders.
Handle hospital tendering, rate contracts, and institutional business processes.
Ensure effective demand generation and timely supply through coordination with distributors and supply chain.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecast requirements, and share periodic business insights with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
