Job Title : Digital Marketing AM
Location : Hyderabad, India (Onsite) 10 AM – 07 PM IST
Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer capable of managing PPC campaigns, driving website SEO, and executing a wide range of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI, while ensuring our brand achieves maximum visibility and engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage digital campaigns across email marketing, content marketing, display ads, social media, and remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A / B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights with regular reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize website user journey for improved conversions (CRO – Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Manage and monitor budget allocations for all paid media initiatives.
Technical Skills :
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising : managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Social Media Management : creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and running paid campaigns using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.Content Marketing & Copywriting : crafting SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and ad copy.Email Marketing & Automation : building campaigns, list segmentation, and using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.Data Analytics : analyzing digital campaign performance and website metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), custom reports, and platform-specific dashboards.Graphic Design Basics : creating digital visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.Website CMS Management : managing and editing websites using WordPress and optimizing with plugins like Yoast SEO.Marketing Automation : setting up workflows and lead nurturing with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.Experience in AI marketing toolsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).6+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in PPC and SEO.Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and other digital marketing tools.
