Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing content strategies, managing paid campaigns, and analyzing social media performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute content calendars and posting schedules for each platform.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (text, image, and video).
- Manage daily posting , community engagement , and timely responses.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms (especially Meta and LinkedIn Ads).
- Track and report on key metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align messaging.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X – organic + paid.Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer / Hootsuite , or similar.Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social content.Experience working in a B2B or tech environment is a bonus.
