About the Role

The CFO will oversee the entire financial ecosystem — from budgets, MIS, and fund flows to compliance, taxation, and legal coordination. You’ll work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure every project, transaction, and report reflects accuracy, foresight, and financial integrity

Key Responsibilities

• Cashflow & Budget Control : Monitor project-wise inflows / outflows and align funding with operational priorities.
• Financial Planning : Forecast capital requirements, working capital cycles, and funding sources for both short- and long-term growth.
• Compliance & Taxation : Oversee RERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory filings across all Nirvana group entities.
• Audit & Reporting : Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring transparency and timely submissions.
• Legal & Risk Management : Vet development agreements, vendor contracts, and customer documentation;

maintain legal trackers.

integrate finance data into Zoho / ERP for real-time control.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based variable component. Leadership-level autonomy and direct reporting to the CEO.

Location

Mumbai (Head Office) — with periodic travel to project locations across Maharashtra.
