Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiters who specialize in hiring across diverse tech domains . The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical recruitmentpreferably from a staffing or consultancy environmentand the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for fast-growing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for a wide range of technology roles (Frontend Backend DevOps Cloud QA etc.)
• Execute both active and passive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Naukri GitHub AngelList etc.
• Screen evaluate and shortlist technical candidates based on role requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical needs and team dynamics.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline with quick turnaround times.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain records dashboards and performance metrics using the ATS and internal systems.
