As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-notch IT professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT recruitment and should be comfortable working in US shifts to align with our clients' time zones.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various IT roles in the US market, including full-stack, frontend, backend engineers, as well as iOS, Android, and AI / ML engineers
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of top IT talent to fill current and future job openings.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and relevant tools to ensure competitive hiring strategies
