Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end tech hiring and proven team handling abilities . The ideal candidate will come from a staffing or consultancy background , be highly skilled in technical sourcing, and have a track record of leading recruitment initiatives for diverse technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Cloud, and Product Engineers.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous performance improvement.Execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and other relevant tools.Screen and assess technical candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment.Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to define and execute hiring strategies.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Track hiring performance, team productivity, and recruitment metrics using ATS tools and dashboards.Requirements
6 – 8 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.Minimum 4 years of experience in a staffing or consultancy firm is mandatory.Proven experience in team handling or leading a small recruitment team.Strong understanding of tech stacks, developer roles, and modern hiring practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.Skills Required
