Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end tech hiring and proven team handling abilities . The ideal candidate will come from a staffing or consultancy background be highly skilled in technical sourcing and have a track record of leading recruitment initiatives for diverse technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles such as Software Engineers DevOps QA Cloud and Product Engineers .
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters ensuring delivery excellence and continuous performance improvement.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Naukri GitHub AngelList and other relevant tools.
• Screen and assess technical candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to define and execute hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring performance team productivity and recruitment metrics using ATS tools and dashboards .
