About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our technology team as an Architect-Level Contributor. This role is ideal for engineers with a passion for scalable system design, enterprise application development, and hands-on coding in fullstack environments. You will work closely with clients, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver modern, robust web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Kafka / RabbitMQ.
• Participate in client discussions, understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Design and build microservices-based architectures and implement authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, with optional exposure to GraphQL.
• Ensure optimal application performance through tuning, logging, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers in the team.
• Work on network-level understanding of request lifecycles, access control, and authorization flows.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
