Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud infrastructure, and CI / CD tools. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills :

Node.js - Backend development and API design

React.js - Frontend development and UI / UX implementation

AWS - Cloud services, deployment, and scalability

Jenkins - CI / CD pipeline setup and maintenance

Docker - Containerization and orchestration

HTML / CSS - Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience in full-stack development

Proven experience in leading development teams

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
