Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Team Lead) to lead a talented team of developers.

In this role, you will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

You will be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development, working closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers
Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)
Architect and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Contribute hands-on to both front-end and back-end development
Ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance
Manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively

Technical Skills & Experience :

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with React.js, Next.js, or jQuery

Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js

Experience with SQL-based databases (SQL Server, MySQL)

API development and third-party integrations

Familiarity with caching mechanisms for performance optimization

Experience configuring and managing Nginx on Windows

Understanding of Windows Server fundamentals

Strong hands-on development expertise across the full stack

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
