Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and converting leads through telephonic interactions.
- Assist in planning and executing CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor customer interactions and generate insights to enhance engagement.
- Support loyalty programs, campaigns, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth CRM execution.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through direct calling to build strong relationships and address their needs.
Requirements :
