Key Responsibility Areas
o Drive marketplace sales to meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
o Manage Advertising and optimize campaigns to improve visibility and return on ad spend (ACoS).
o Analyse platform performance, identify trends, and recommend growth actions to enhance conversion and reduce returns.
o Oversee daily operations across Amazon Seller / Vendor Central and other marketplaces, ensuring account health, compliance, and performance.
o Develop SEO-optimized listings, A+ content, and brand stores aligned with premium positioning.
o Plan and execute inventory for FBA / FBM and other marketplace models to maintain healthy stock levels.
o Conduct regular hygiene checks, manage pricing and promotions, and file timely SPF claims.
o Identify and onboard new marketplaces aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
o Negotiate commercials, define sales targets, and plan marketplace-specific strategies.
o Build strong partnerships with platform category and marketing teams to unlock growth opportunities.
o Ensure brand consistency, storytelling, and pricing parity across all online touchpoints.
o Collaborate with brand and marketing teams for integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand store updates.
o Monitor customer reviews and feedback, driving initiatives to enhance ratings and overall customer experience.
o Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion, traffic, inventory, and campaign ROI.
o Conduct competitor benchmarking for pricing, assortment, and visibility.
o Use tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Data Hawk for keyword tracking and market insights.
o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch and delivery compliance.
o Partner with finance for reconciliation and settlement accuracy.
o Liaise with internal stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
o Supervise and guide junior team members or interns handling listing , cataloguing, ads, or reporting.
o Manage external agencies and service providers for marketplace optimization, creatives, and advertising

Skills
o Proven track record in driving growth within a D2C brand.
o Experienced with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytical tools for performance tracking.
o High level of proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and analysis.
o Skilled in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and both internal and external resources.
o Knowledge of Amazon Seller, Vendor Central tools and amazon policies and procedure
o Excellent analytical skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities to drive strategic improvements.
o Strong written and verbal English communication
o Self-driven and highly motivated
