Own the full sales lifecycle : lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and post-sale client relationship.Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (account mining / farming).Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, procurement heads, and IT managers.Work closely with delivery, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.Regularly update CRM with opportunity pipeline and client interaction data.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT services and / or staff augmentation sales.
- Proven expertise in RFP / RFI response management.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management capabilities.
- Familiarity with sales tools like CRM platforms (e.g., Pipe Drive, Salesforce, HubSpot)
