Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative at Shivaami, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities primarily through phone, email communication and other social medias. You will work closely with the sales teams to understand customer needs and promote our offerings. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
