ClimaCrew is a marine biotech CDMO building India’s first integrated seaweed-to-solution platform. We develop standardized, FCO-compliant seaweed extracts and biostimulants under ClimaZyme, sustainable animal-feed intermediates under ClimaFeed, and food-grade hydrocolloids under ClimaColloid.

We operate across the full value chain—from ocean intelligence–based site selection and farmer training to proprietary extraction, formulation, and QA-certified manufacturing. Our R&D integrates marine biology, satellite analytics, and process engineering to deliver traceable, climate-positive solutions for agriculture, aquaculture, and food industries.

Job Summary

ClimaCrew is seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to build and execute our commercial strategy across India and international markets. The ideal leader has experience scaling ₹500–₹1,000+ crore businesses while thriving in agile, innovation-led startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead ClimaCrew’s commercial roadmap for multi-year revenue and margin growth.
• Build, mentor, and scale sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Drive structured commercial processes inspired by enterprise-scale experience.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships across agri-inputs, food, feed, and blue economy sectors.
• Oversee pricing strategy (value-based), forecasting, channel expansion, and key account management.
• Strengthen ClimaCrew’s market positioning in India, MENA, and key export markets.
• Represent the company at high-level industry platforms.
• Foster long-term commercial relationships with institutional, enterprise, and global clients.
