Senior Manager / Technical Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & manage a team of developers across frontend, backend, data & cloud.
• Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies, project planning, and delivery.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (Product, UX, Program Management).
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, and application scalability.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance (OWASP, GDPR, ISO 27001), and security best practices.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks & ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

10+ years in IT with proven experience leading technical teams.

Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile, Jira, Confluence, Git.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication & conflict resolution.

Exposure to API, analytics, ML, and scalable cloud deployments.
