Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback.
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and role-playing exercises.
- Develop outbound sales scripts, email templates, and pitch materials.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and reporting.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing complex deals.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year in Team handling.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.Show more
