Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in New Delhi. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also manage job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain a candidate database. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will participate in job fairs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or relevant certification is a plus
