As an initiative of the LRP Group, we work to streamline service exchanges between manufacturers, sellers, consumers, and service providers. Our world-class repair factory is staffed by 250 engineers per shift, capable of repairing up to 5,000 units per shift and 300,000 units per month. Our experienced and qualified engineers and leaders maintain quality assurance and customer requirements within given timelines. We offer a range of repair services for mobiles, including PCBA Recovery up to Level 4.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Junior Executive located in West Delhi. The HR Junior Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. The role also involves supporting various aspects of human resources management on a day-to-day basis.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong Human Resources (HR) skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
