Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR in Recruitment Consultancy at Babify Wear, located in New Delhi. The Junior HR will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR activities, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves working closely with the senior HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and support the recruitment process.

• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
