Job Objective :

As a Lead of Corporate Sales at Jio Insurance Broking Limited, you will be responsible for hiring, leading, and managing your team across all functions, including business development, customer service, operations, placement, and claims. Your primary focus will be on revenue maximization and holding complete P&L responsibility for the location, while expertly managing all lines of business.

You will play a crucial role in increasing our market footprint by actively acquiring new corporate clients and driving premium and revenue growth. A core part of your responsibility will be establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both corporate clients and insurer partners.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelors / Masters (preferred) degree
  • Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India will be beneficial
  • Strong technical knowledge of all lines of business - Property, Marine, Liability, Employee Benefits etc.
  • Good knowledge of market / business and competition
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and risk management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Work Experience

Minimum 10-12 years experience in General Insurance

  • Corporate Sales with Insurance Broker or
  • Direct Acquisition with Insurance Manufacturer
  • Last 3 years or more in leadership role

    Needs to know the insurance fraternity (PSU and Private in the geography)
