About the Role :

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in our customer onboarding process and be the first point of contact for implementation. This position requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving customer problems.

Job Responsibilities :

Experience & Background :

• 2-3 years of customer onboarding experience, preferably in B2B SaaS serving SMBs
• Proven track record in improving trial-to-paid conversion rates and accelerating time-to-value (TTV)
• Experience with horizontal / multi-feature platforms (CRM, sales tools, or unified business platforms preferred)
• Background in both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) environments
