At Konecta , we are transforming customer engagement with next-generation cloud-based platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer with a strong background in Contact Center technologies and cloud (AWS) deployments to join our fast-growing team.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of Konecta products into customer ecosystems.
- Act as a consultant and product SME , gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
- Configure, test, and deploy Konecta software in multi-tenant SaaS environments .
- Train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption and transition to production.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues while effectively communicating updates to clients.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of omnichannel communication technologies and their role in contact centers.Hands-on experience with Contact Center software suites (Five9, Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE, Twilio, Avaya, Genesys). Five9 experience is a plus.Strong skills in SQL (mandatory), IP networking, and REST APIs.Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Nginx, Redis .Previous experience with outbound contact center products (dialer, ACD, IVR, etc).Excellent problem-solving ability, consultative communication style, and a customer-first mindset.🔹 Why Join Us?
