Role Details

The Administration Support Officer will have some Receptionist or Administration experience and a willingness to learn. They will be required to work in our school Front Office area and provide a wide range of administration support services as required.

Position Requirement

Permanent, part time contract of 22.5 hours per week across 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) over 42 weeks of the year.

Duties :

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask to manage daily school front office procedures
  • Friendly and welcoming with excellent communication skills and customer service when interacting with the school and wider community
  • Support the Catholic Ethos of the school
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a broader administrative team
  • Some experience in SEQTA, Civica and other Microsoft applications would be an advantage, but training can be provided
  • First Aid needs for students

The successful applicant will have :

  • Catholic Police Check or equivalent (DCSI screening)
  • Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care Certificate
  • First Aid Certification
