Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Client Support Services Support Officer to join our team 3 days a week.
Based at the Village Creek Centre in Kambah, you’ll work across four unique services — Equipment Loan, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Clinical Technology, and the CHS NDIS Support Unit. From supporting the delivery and tracking of rehabilitation equipment, to assisting with service coordination and customer enquiries, you’ll be part of a team that helps people live more independently every day.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk-all-day kind of role — you’ll be moving, problem-solving, and making a real difference. You’ll provide high-quality admin support, help manage inventory and repairs, and contribute to service delivery activities. You’ll also play a key role in bridging communication between teams, helping to streamline processes and enhance both client outcomes and revenue-generating opportunities.
If you're organised, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.
