Position : Service Desk Technician
Location : Vikhroli
Work Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Education : Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience : 2–4 years in IT Support, NOC, or Service Desk roles
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely support for desktop and laptop-related issues.
- Monitor network and system performance using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools, escalating issues as needed.
- Deliver remote technical support to internal users and resolve incidents effectively.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with users and technical teams.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, switches, and firewalls.
Technical Skills :
Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and serversFamiliarity with switches and firewallsProficient in using Zabbix or similar monitoring toolsStrong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skillsSkills Required
