About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the creative team at Digitas Mumbai . You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day client management—helping shape briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure work moves smoothly from idea to delivery.

You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and tech teams to bring ideas to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of ideas, execution, and relationships.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships

Help translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams

Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution

Partner with creative, strategy, and tech teams to deliver insight-led, integrated campaigns

Keep an eye on the quality of work—ensuring it’s on-brand, on-brief, and on time

Support senior team members on presentations, campaign planning, and new ideas

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in account management at a digital or integrated agency

A solid understanding of digital-first marketing, content, and brand communication

Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once

Strong communication and organizational skills

A collaborative, solution-oriented approach

Curiosity about creativity, culture, and what makes brands connect with people
