- Control inventory with regular stock checks, optimize product availability through effective supply chain coordination.
- Drive store profitability by tracking budgets, minimizing operational costs, and preventing inventory losses.
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and fostering loyalty.
- Monitor store performance through defined KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
