Talent Acquisition Specialist

Seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves engaging with schools, colleges, and agents to meet recruitment targets, enhance our market presence, and provide exceptional support to applicants throughout the admissions process.

• Organize and represent us at student recruitment exhibitions and school / college visits across India.
• Respond to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships.
• Support the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience.
• Assist with application processing and ensure accurate, timely communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India.
• Liaise effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment.
• Coordinate and support inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events.
