- We seek a seasoned US IT recruitment professional with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placement across Contract, C2H, and Full-Time positions.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes in the US staffing industry.
Key responsibilities include :
Sourcing top IT talent through job boards and internal databases.Screening candidates for technical and functional skills, communication, and cultural fit based on client requirements.Handling multiple hiring types : Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Permanent (Full-Time) placements.
Working extensively with core IT technologies and state government clients.Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and future client needs.Bonus points if you have experience working with government technology projects!
No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for our team members!
