As we continue to grow rapidly across markets, we are seeking a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead HR operations across both our India and U.S. offices.
This is a strategic role for a hands-on HR leader who can combine strong recruitment expertise with the ability to manage workflow, performance, and employee engagement across a global team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
Lead full-cycle hiring for India and U.S. teams across operations, marketing, design, Quality Control, warehouse, merchandising and other functions.Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruitment partnerships.Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and ensure swift, efficient fulfillment of key roles.Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience.HR Operations & People Management
Oversee HR functions across India and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment with company values and productivity goals.Manage and mentor the Junior HR associate handling payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.Establish performance benchmarks, scorecards, and structured review systems to track employee output.Partner with department heads to manage workflows, team structures, and accountability frameworks.Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives across both offices.Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws while coordinating with U.S. HR for cross-border consistency.Qualifications
A driven HR leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and creating operational clarity.
6–10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, workflow management, and performance alignment.Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-border teams (India / U.S. exposure preferred).Deep understanding of HR compliance, performance systems, and modern HRMS tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.Prior experience in D2C, eCommerce, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
