Role Description :

This is a full-time role, we're seeking a Sales / Marketing Professional based at Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You'll promote our products, manage sales and customer service, and build relationships with customers and partners at both states. If you're results-driven and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer relationships, sales teams, and distribution networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions
  • Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand presence

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing, preferably in the Technical Textiles / Home Textiles segment
  • Proven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (verbal and written)
  • Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and suppliers
  • Ability to travel extensively between Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
  • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience in new product development, branding, and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of textile industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and market research methodologies
  • Six Sigma or any related certifications (added advantage)
  • Experience : >

    5 years of experience inSales & Marketing of Technical Textiles.
