Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, CRM tools, and recruitment software (e.g., AiDE Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting recruitment KPIs.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for candidate screening, role matching, and assessment (e.g., Intelligent Assessment Tools , Automated Interview Scheduling ).
