Position Overview
The Finance, Investment & Administration Lead will work directly with the Director / Managing Director to oversee financial operations, investment portfolios, and administrative functions. The role blends executive support, financial management, and portfolio oversight, ensuring seamless coordination between business, finance, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as the right hand to the Director in managing daily business operations and decision-making.
- Coordinate communications, appointments, travel, and business meetings on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare presentations, analytical reports, and summaries for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all personal and financial information.
- Finance & Accounting
- Supervise day-to-day accounting functions including payments, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Track company financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Oversee vendor accounts, purchase orders, and bank transactions in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax advisors for compliance and statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Portfolio & Investment Management
- Maintain updated records of the Director’s investment portfolio, including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, real estate, and other assets.
- Coordinate with brokers, financial advisors, and banks for transactions, valuations, and investment performance reports.
- Prepare periodic investment summaries, P&L statements, and portfolio insights for review.
- Support in identifying new investment opportunities, analyzing risk, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Track dividends, maturities, and fund movements, ensuring timely execution of investment decisions.
- Administration & Operations
- Oversee administrative operations, procurement, vendor management, and office asset control.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Accounts, and Export departments for internal approvals.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company documents, contracts, and licenses.
- Support export documentation and logistics coordination when required.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare consolidated financial and investment reports for the Director’s review.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations between business accounts and investment holdings.
- Support strategic financial planning and assist in cash flow management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : MBA in Finance / Accounting / Operations or equivalent professional degree (CA Inter preferred).Experience : 5–8 years in finance, accounting, or investment management, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.Technical Skills :Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting.Knowledge of accounting systems (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP).Familiarity with investment tracking tools or portfolio management software.Core Competencies :Strong analytical and financial acumen.Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial data.Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.Attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving approach.Why Join Us
