Role Summary :

Market Finance Director is a key strategic partner to the Market Management Team, responsible for overseeing financial operations within the market. This role ensures financial compliance, drives budgeting and forecasting processes, and supports strategic decision-making aligned with the companys overall objectives.

Market Finance Director reports to Group Finance Director and collaborates closely with the FP&A Director, RDC Director and other cross-functional leaders to implement initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency in the market

Key Oversight & Compliance

• Provide insight into market-level financial performance and create actionable plans to steer results.
• Ensure compliance with TMF corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
