About the Firm :

Our aim is to simulate authentic hedge fund operations to build credibility, experience, and a strong performance track record.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Managing Director (Operations & Administration) to join our leadership team on a voluntary, remote basis . This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, process-driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the operational and administrative aspects of a hedge fund. As a founding member of the operations department, you'll play a vital role in building and refining the firm's internal systems, workflows, and coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the fund.
• Develop and maintain efficient operational procedures, documentation, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate communication between departments (trading, compliance, strategy, and administration).
• Support the creation of investor documentation, fund reports, and internal communication materials.
• Ensure smooth execution of internal processes and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on project planning, team management, and performance tracking.

Compensation :

This is a voluntary position with no monetary compensation. However, participants will receive a paper payslip for illustrative purposes and gain practical, hands-on experience in hedge fund operations and management.
