Job Title : Recruitment Coordinator

Location : 100% Remote

Experience Level : Mid-level (3+ years)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator & Interview Scheduler to support our global hiring operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-volume recruitment activities, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, and sourcing top talent through various platforms. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination & Scheduling :

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for multiple roles and regions, ensuring accuracy and seamless candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align availability and minimize rescheduling.
  • Handle logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including panel invites, assessments, and follow-up communication.

Stakeholder & Process Management :

  • Serve as the primary liaison between recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, data privacy, and audit standards.
  • Support hiring events, assessment drives, and volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Systems & Reporting :

  • Manage recruitment workflows through ATS platforms.
  • Generate reports, track hiring metrics, and ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Must Have :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : 3+ years in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or talent acquisition operations.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ATS system and MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Key Competencies :
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones for global coordination.
  • Preferred : Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with strategic goals
