- Use advanced Boolean search techniques, X-ray, and talent intelligence tools to identify top candidates across job boards, , GitHub, and more
- Create and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles
- Proactively source passive talent and conduct outreach campaigns at scale
Candidate Engagement & Evaluation
Own the end-to-end candidate journey : outreach, screening, evaluation, and coordinationConduct initial screening calls to assess fit on skills, motivation, and cultureUse structured formats to evaluate candidates and communicate recommendationsLeverage tools like WhatsApp automation, Voice AI, email automation to manage outreach efficientlyClient & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for 2–5 hiring clients, from requirement gathering to closureBuild trusted relationships with founders, hiring managers, and external stakeholdersShare weekly hiring dashboards, candidate feedback, and status updates proactivelyReporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate records and provide insights into pipeline health, TAT, drop-off reasons, etc.Contribute to process improvement : suggest better sourcing strategies, tools, and outreach contentStay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring activityYou Should Apply If You Have
2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital rolesProven ability to source using advanced search methods and close mid to senior rolesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working independently in a high-ownership, remote environmentBonus : familiarity with WhatsApp-based outreach, AI-powered sourcing tools, or recruitment automation platforms
