Head of Projects – HVAC Contracting [Urgent Search]

About the Role :

Escube, a reputed HVAC contracting company with 20+ years of industry leadership, is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Head of Projects to lead our execution division. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, building high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
• Supervise Project Engineers, Site Managers, Design and Procurement teams
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Optimize processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
• Prepare and present project reports, progress reviews, and performance dashboards to top management
