We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven City Head with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate to spearhead sales and business operations. The role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead city-level commercial property sales , strategy, and operations to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth by building strong networks with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
- Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial market share.
- Manage and mentor a large commercial sales team, ensuring motivation and high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and align strategies accordingly.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain high service standards in commercial property transactions.
