Manage and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability

Guide Project Managers to meet tight schedules and maintain high-quality standards

Monitor sub-vendor performance and ensure efficient project execution

Control project costs, ensure budget adherence, and maximize profit margins

Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization

Provide technical support for various projects and complex challenges

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and transparency

Mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth

Oversee accurate project documentation, handover processes.proj

Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, contracts, and procurement teams

Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors and project management consultants

Identify and resolve project-related issues or bottlenecks.

Develop and implement communication protocols defining responsibility, frequency, channel of communication, and review meetings.

Manage and track project progress, including monitoring of construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise during project execution.

Develop and implement risk management plans to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.

Ensure that all project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment records, is accurately maintained and up to date.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Manage and track project budgets, including monitoring of expenses, invoices, and payments.
