We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for a DGM / GM / Cluster Head - Projects role with our renowned real estate clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing luxury residential projects.

The ideal candidate should be only from Mumbai and have a proven track record in delivering high-end projects with exceptional finishing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute luxury residential projects, ensuring timely delivery with uncompromising quality.
• Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ensure premium finishing standards are maintained in line with the company’s reputation and client expectations.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial control without compromising on quality.
• Lead and mentor site engineering teams, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple projects.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for construction.
