Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of experience in recruitment, who is confident in managing the end-to-end hiring process and enjoys working closely with hiring managers. You will contribute to building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidate profiles.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate recruitment records and compliance with company policies.
• Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
