Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Business Analyst (Agentic- Advance & Assist)

The Business Analyst - Agentic is responsible for identifying and defining AI-driven automation opportunities using agentic frameworks (like LangChain , OpenAI APIs, or n8n). This role supports the capture of business requirements and translates them into intelligent, autonomous workflows that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Business Needs : Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze , and document business requirements for AI / LLM-based solutions.

Design Agentic Workflows : Translate business processes into autonomous, LLM-enabled workflows using tools like LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.

AI Use Case Development : Identify and prioritize use cases for generative AI and agentic automation across departments.

Collaboration : Work closely with AI / ML engineers, solution designers, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of intelligent agents.

Testing & Validation : Develop and execute user test plans, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Documentation & Training : Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions..

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA

Relevant years of experience in business analysis and in AI / automation projects.

Exposure to enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Fluency : Understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, and orchestration tools like LangChain , n8n, or similar.

Business Analysis : Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication

AI / ML Awareness : Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their application in business settings.

Project Management : Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Tools Proficiency : Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms is a plus.

Agile / Scrum methodology

Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, BSAR, CR document, Change Request)

Risk & change management

Cross-functional stakeholder communication

Vendor and client management

Excellent experience in operations and project management

Good communication skills, proficient in English
