Corporate Legal Affairs : Lead the legal function of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.Contracts & Agreements : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.Litigation & Dispute Management : Manage and oversee all litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes. Coordinate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings when required.Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Develop internal policies to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.Legal Advisory : Advise senior management on strategic legal issues, business risks, legal rights, and obligations across various jurisdictions.Real Estate & Commercial Transactions : Support real estate legal matters including land acquisition, title verification, and due diligence.Mergers & Acquisitions : Provide legal support for M&A, JV, and partnership activities including structuring, documentation, and negotiation.Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and external consultants to manage legal and compliance issues.Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.Documentation & Reporting : Maintain updated legal records, trackers, and reports for audits, management reviews, and legal evaluations.Skills Required
