Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, ensuring the effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be tasked with performance management, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention practices
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training & Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry and Technical Recruitment is a plus
