Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at Civilianz. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is an on-site role located in Trivandrum.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and onboarding skills
• Experience in training and development, and performance management
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
• Familiarity with labor laws and ensuring compliance
• Organizational and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in Human Resources management is preferred
