About The Role-
As a Pre-Sales Associate at Newton School of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving applications and supporting the overall pipeline. You'll work closely with the admissions, marketing, and product teams to understand student needs, present program offerings, and ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to conversion. This role requires a blend of communication skills, analytical thinking, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities-
- Assist the team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand student and parent requirements to provide personalized program recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, and sales collateral aligned with NST's offerings.
- Conduct product demos or counselling sessions, highlighting the value proposition effectively.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, interactions, and feedback in the CRM.
- Collaborate with teams to stay updated on new features, campaigns, and messaging.
- Support the team during the negotiation, follow-up, and closure phases.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine sales strategies and positioning.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (MBA Preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.1–2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in Education).Strong presentation, documentation, and proposal-building skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and accountability.Skills & Traits-
