Role & responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
- Explain Degreefyds online degree programs, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Counsel students to select the right program based on their career goals and budget.
- Drive enrollment conversions by maintaining regular follow-ups and closing admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Preferred candidate profile :
Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-counseling, or education salesStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGoal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve targets.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management is an added advantage.Perks and benefits :
